The Village was originally formed as a hub to connect residents of Brooklyn Park with needed resources around safe and dignified, affordable housing, food scarcity, mental health and community engagement.  In our mission statement:

We are committed to working with community members, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address the root causes of violence, and to provide support, resources, and referrals to those impacted by it.
